The noodles and rice shapes have a texture closer to rice noodles than egg noodles. All the shapes are made from the same ingredients. They have almost no flavor of their own but take on the flavor they are cooked in. Expensive compared to regular pasta and rice but they make eating Keto so much more manageable.

The shape was small and a bit round but I washed and carefully drained the dried konjac rice, and stirred it into the rest of the ingredients of fried rice when they were nice and cooked, added some low cal sauce, and once it was all nice and hot, viola! Dieting and being a fried rice and rice dish addict was worrisome. These dishes are not long off-limits to me!
