Ingredients:

1 egg

2 tablespoons avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
1. Lightly fry the garlic slices in avocado oil until golden brown

3. Sauté the glucomannan rice with salt and pepper for about 5 minutes
4. Set the rice aside, add the coconut soy sauce, and then add the rice to the sauce
