– 12 oz (340 g) Hethstia’s Pea Protein Pasta
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1/2 onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
– Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
– Add Hethstia’s Pea Protein Pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
– Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
2. Sauté Aromatics:
